Tracking Your Hours
Please note that the weeks on Work For Impact are counted from Monday to Sunday (UTC). To register your worked hours for each week, you can use our Time Tracking App. Kindly visit this page on how to download and install the app if you haven't already.
We encourage you to utilise the app for us to safeguard you from client disputes, as mentioned in our Payment Protection Program. While you can manually input your time logs if the client has enabled this option, the client may accept or dispute them if they believe the time could have been utilised more.
If, for some reason, you aren't able to record your worked hours using the app, please let us know, and we'll be glad to assist.
When Will You Be Paid
For hourly contracts, all payouts are processed weekly in line with the following payout schedule:
Week 1: You register your hours weekly from Monday to Sunday (UTC zone).
Week 2: Tuesday, your client is charged, and the payment enters a nine-day review/security period.
Week 3: Wednesday, your client's payment has now completed the review process, and payment is sent to your payout method.
