# My Time Tracker is logging out and/or crashing. What should I do?
If you are experiencing technical issues with your time tracker, there are a couple of things you can check:
- See if the location/timezone set in your [Profile](https://app.workforimpact.com/profile) matches the time settings on your device. If they are different, it can cause a conflict and originate an error message.
- See if you have the latest version of the app installed. You can go to the [Time Tracker App page](https://www.workforimpact.com/download-app) and download the app. You don't need to uninstall the version you already have; your app will automatically update to the most recent version.
