My client isn't responding. What should I do?

If you have an active contract and your client is not responding to your messages via our messaging system, please email us at support@workforimpact.com to share more details about the issue.

Please remember that only conversations held within our platform can be used as evidence in a dispute. Work For Impact cannot access or use external communication to help independent contractors in these situations.
