Filing a dispute as a Freelancer is not available at this time. Currently, only Clients can file a dispute, and disputes can only be filed on hourly jobs.
We know that misunderstandings between a Client and a Freelancer may happen as they work on a project. We suggest that any misunderstanding be discussed with the parties involved using our messaging system. If you need help communicating with each other, you can always contact our Support team for assistance.
While you are unable to file a dispute, Work For Impact would like to make sure that you are still protected by implementing several payment protection policies. These policies are beneficial both for the Freelancer and the Client.
