ATS - Recruitment Workflow

At Work for Impact, we understand that the recruitment process can often be complex and time-consuming. That's why we're here to streamline it and introduce automatic workflows.

Here's a quick guide on how it works: 

Setting Up Your Workflow:

    • Navigate to your account and select "Post a Job."
    • Click on "Start" and choose the "Default Recruitment Workflow" option.
    • We provide you with a default workflow that includes screening applications, interviewing, considering candidates, making job offers, and hiring.
    • You have the flexibility to customize this workflow by adding, removing, or rearranging stages according to your needs.

You can also manage your workflows on the "My Jobs" - "Workflow Management" page.

Here, you'll see all your workflows and create new stages and new workflows to have them ready to use when you post your jobs:
