Work for Impact invites any individual or organization that is either socially and/or environmentally responsible or nonprofit to create a client account and hire independent contractors through us.
We welcome organizations of any size, whether that's an individual or small group starting up, all the way through to well-established organizations with thousands of staff - as long as they're purpose-driven, they're very welcome to join our community and hire through Work for Impact.
As the individuals and organizations hiring through Work for Impact are all purpose-driven, we recommend that independent contractors ensure that their profile details their personal and impact goals because many clients prefer to check whether the values and goals of their applicants align with their organization's mission during the recruitment process.
