Once you've connected with an independent contractor through Work for Impact, that independent contractor will be able to see your profile picture.
If you represent an organisation or business that has a logo, we would recommend using that as your profile picture.
If you don't have a logo, you may wish to choose another image that represents your business or organisation (for example, if your organisation were focused on providing energy through wind turbines, a photo of one of your wind turbines would be appropriate).
If you are hiring independent contractors as an individual and you do not have a logo, a clear, professional photo of your face would be an appropriate profile picture.
