In order to receive payments from clients, you'll need to submit your financial information. This will let us know where to direct your money when you have a payment.
Follow the steps below to submit and verify your financial information:
- Log in to your account and head to the Billing page (click on "Billing" on the bottom left corner menu).
- Under "Finance Account Details", select your country and the default currency.
- Indicate whether you are an individual or a company.
- Click "Create & Verify Now" to begin the financial verification process.
- Enter your personal information. You will need to submit your legal first and last name, a valid email address, date of birth, home address, and phone number.
- Confirm your information and click "Continue" when you're ready to proceed.
- Enter your Business Details. Select an industry that matches your skills/services and your website (If you don't have a website, you can share your Work for Impact profile link). Then click "Continue".
- Review and confirm your details. Click "Agree and submit".
- You'll be returned to the Billing page. Click "Payout Methods" and click "Add default payout method" to add a bank account.
- Enter your banking details such as account number, and account holder name, and indicate account holder type.
*Note: The details you will need to provide will differ from country to country and may differ from the screenshot above. - Double-check that the information you've entered is correct, then press "Save" to submit it.
