# Can I share my login details with colleagues within my organization?
We understand that there may be times when you would like to share your account information so that a colleague can assist with the hiring process or managing contracts.
Sharing account information, even within your organization, puts both clients and independent contractors at risk. For this reason, only the named account owner is permitted to access their Work for Impact account, and account login details may not be shared by anyone.
To involve all your colleagues in your Work For Impact account, you can use our Teams Feature - you can create different teams, assign different roles to your teammates, and more!
