If you are experiencing technical issues with your time tracker, there's a couple of things you can check:
- See if the location/timezone set in your Profile and your Settings are the same and match the time settings on your device. If they are different, it can cause a conflict and originate an error message.
- See if you have the latest version of the app installed. You can go to the Time Tracker App page and download the app. You don't need to uninstall the version you already have; your app will automatically update to the most recent version.
