How can you make your onboarding better?

When starting a new project, getting caught up in the next steps, excited about moving onwards to tangible matters can be tempting.

But how do we set that new relationship up for success? As with any other job, it is key to get to know all the novelties. Some clients might have a process in place, and others might not. Make sure you take the time to cover the following:

• Meet the people and get to know your team members.
• Get familiar with their collaboration and communication methods and tools.
• Look up and study the company's style or brand guidelines.
• Ask if they have a portfolio of past success.
